Just some advice please...

Quick background:

There's a girl I work with that I've liked more or less since we started there. (Let's call her 'Sarah'). I've told her that I like her before, but she's been a bit coy about giving me a straight answer back, so I assumed that she felt a little awkward about telling me no, (The great pessimist that I am...), even though quite a few of my coworkers have assured me that she does like me and have told me how stark obvious it is.

I had a party over the weekend, drank quite a bit, had food, played games... Generally had a good time. Just after midnight, me and Sarah went upstairs (don't recall who initiated it) and we had sex twice, before falling asleep together at around 5am. We had sex again in the morning (about six hours later), by which time she assured me that she was feeling completely sober.

I'm not sure quite what to make of it all... Does she like me, or is she simply comfortable with 'flings' like that?

I know I've got to talk to her, but I've got no idea how to approach her or what to say.

Any suggestions or comments at all would be terrific.

ask her if she wants to do something sometime. but ask her to do an actual activity, dont say something or it could be translated as sex.
if she does, happy days; take things further and tell her you like her and would want to see her more often.

Get in touch with her and ask her if she wants to go the pictures or something or go for a drink/meal, try going on a 'date' but don't call it that. See how she reacts and take it from there. She might turn round and tell you it was nothing more than sex but hey, at least you'l know where you stand but at the same time she might turn round and tell you it was more than that and she'd love to go out sometime.
Don't be worried about apporching her, if your not up for the initial face to face situation then ring or text her (ahh the power of technology), if you sort things out that way then when you do finally see each other face to face it wont be as awkward
