I am 17 years old and when i smile i get these two veins coming out on my forehead.
Im not even stressed or anything right now but they just always come and its so annoying, they make me feel insecure to smile

How can I get rid of these/ reduce these

I'm sure they are no where near as bad as you think. Don't be too self conscious, veins are a normal part of human anatomy. If you are particularly thin in stature you may see more veins beneath the skin- this is normal.

Nobody probably even notices them except you when you look in the mirror, if you are female (or male I don't judge) perhaps a small amount of makeup could cover them/ reduce their appearance if they really bother you. I wouldn't think someone who has visible veins when they smile was weird looking- it's just human!

Embrace your differences, afterall they are what make you you!

    Cut your head off.

Either that or stop worrying about something you can't change. Cutting ones head off does sound fascinating though doesn't it?
How are you feeling about your exams?
