How do you get to speak to a supervisor or manager at SFE? Was on the phone for 30 mins this morning and they would not put me through to anyone. After 4 months worth of weekly phonecalls im fed up with all the lies im getting. This is seriously affecting my health trying to deal with these people.

You can call us on 0300 100 0607 and select the complaints option. You can request to speak with a manager at this point and a call back can be arranged within 24/48 hours however it would be beneficial if you can provide the adviser of the issue.
