Best place to live in London as a graduate watch

    • Thread Starter

I'm moving to London soon to start my first job after graduation and I'm having a hard time picking where to live. The nearest tube station to work is Westminster and I'd like to live somewhere no further than a 30 minute commute.

Being young and not knowing anyone I'd really like to live somewhere with something going on, I don't mind if it's a bit rough around the edges as long as it's relatively safe, and I'm not spending anymore than £600pcm (inc bills). I've been looking around Shoreditch/Whitechapel/Aldgate but I don't know if they're my best options?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
Do you agree with the proposed ban on plastic straws and cotton buds?
