Hi, this is my first time posting so sorry if this is in the wrong section.

Anyway, ive always had a phobia of blood(not minor blood but extreme circumstances of blood) I don't really want to talk about why I do but the main problem is that tomorrow in biology we are going to learn about the Kidneys, dialysis and transplants. I'm worried that I may faint after learning about this. I have fainted before and it's mainly just embarrassing.

So I wanted to ask if anyone has anything I can do to prevent my fainting. I've heard about squeezing your limbs to stop the fall in blood pressure. Not sure how well that works.

Also telling the teacher about this is not doable (is that a word?) As I have biology first period. And I can't just make him change the lesson because of me.

Please help I'd really appreciate it.
