I have a dispute regarding my tuition loan eligibility and I would like to know if that can readily be found by an adviser over the phone.

    Hi there.

Can you clarify exactly what you would like the advisor to find?

Our team will be able to advise you why you are ineligible for the fees and your next steps,

    Thanks.

I withdrew from my course in the first term of the year. Then the next year I applied for a course through clearing - however, while I did apply for student finance - I did not sign and mail the declaration form. I withdrew from that University as well, within the first term. In addition, I've checked my bank records and I didn't receive any maintenance loan or grant for the second course.

After that I Joined my current course. My student loans account statement reflects the amount I owe from my first year at the initial course and the terms I studied at my current course.

But I need to know whether I did, or did not sign a student finance declaration form for the second course and thus whether I've lost a year of possible tuition fee loan eligibility.

    Hi hellion

If you started the second course this would count as a previous year if study. This is regardless of whether any funds were paid. If you call us the advisor can certainly check if we received a declaration form. If the university sent us confirmation of registration in error, they should be able to send us notification to update us that it was an error.

    Thanks
