Basically last academic year I made really dumb decisions towards nearly everything, whole summer I beat myself up (regret basically) because of mistakes, lack of action and ignorance
Now I am making the right decisions I think? But I am full of self doubt, and what ifs
How can I trust the decisions I make? Watch

You can't - that's the beauty of making decisions.
You just have to get to the point where you are confident enough to decide in that thing.
Ie: relevant research, lots of thinking, asking people, going places etc. etc.
Your experiences will improve this process as you age
We've all been there m8
