I've had more coffee than I usually do today and its made me feel so anxious, tense and shaky.
I have quite a bad phobia of wasps but this has been dramatically intensified today as a result of the caffeine (I think).
Is there anything I can do/have that will reduce the effects of the caffeine?

    Thanks

I guess eating might help. Otherwise just try to relax. Maybe have a bath or a nap if you can. It will leave your system eventually so just try to wait it out as well as you can and not focus on it too much. Thinking about anxiety usually makes it worse.
