I've just been rejected a tier 4 visa for the uk, I made a mistake as I applied before ib certificates came out and missed the annex in the policy document for ib students as well as a showing financial availability as money was coming from a step parent's account.
Reapplying will take months and I will miss most of 1st term. Is there any chance my place could be deferred until 2017? How does the university feel about deferrals? Or should i just reapply in 2017?
