impacts of exercise on liver

I'm applying to do a drug trial and the info I have received has told me to avoid strenuous exercise for 48 hours before going to screening (and also caffeine, alcohol and chocolate) as this will give me an elevated liver count which would show up in my urine or my blood samples? Can anyone let me know what strenuous exercise is and how long it takes to reduce the impact on the liver? Thanks a lot

Strenuous exercise is when a point of exaustion is reached as a direct cause of the exercise,
so it basically means intense exercise, this can be done on a tredmil or w/e.
Excercise can affect the hepatic levels of ATP which control energy transfers in the liver etc,
Im not sure what u mean by how long it takes to reduce impact on the liver, it depends on the excercise intensity,
time and many other factors.

It's only 48 hours, why don't you just not exercise at all? Or just go for a walk if you want some fresh air.
