Hi I am 16 and have just started my Alevels and I am taking: maths, biology, chemistry and geography. I worked hard and I think I got good GCSEs; got:
A*:maths, core science, additional science and geography
A: English lit, computing, art, graphics and further maths
    B: statistics and English language.
I work two jobs one washing up at a pub and I am also a fully qualified lifeguard and work at a local fitness club. I also climb regularly outside and outdoor and have my NICAS level 4. I love music and play drums, bass and flute and play in a drum band in school. If I work hard through Alevel do I stand a shot at getting into dentistry and is there anything else I could be doing to boost my chances at getting in. I have always wanted to be a dentist since I was a kid and I have lined up some work experience at a dentist in the coming months. Thanks any opinions or comments from someone who got in at if I would be good enough or tips (anything really)?.......

If you really want to be a dentist just concentrate on that entirely. I would quit one if not both of your jobs. Keep your extra curricular for your uni application though. I know someone who was in a very similar situation but is now going into year 13 with CCDD. They were also a lifeguard and they blamed the job on the bad grades partially.
Being a dentist for your whole life is more important than a relatively small amount of money in the long term.
