    1. Hi
I'm overweight do the odd walk now and again
Tonight decided to run uphill 200m. Ended up gasping for breath and coughing

Thought must have gone too fast so jogged few minutes. On way back breathing all raggedy and was knackered. I know I'm out of shape but surely that shouldn't be that hard. Also breasts hurt and I'm a man
I'm angry frustrated and disgusted with how I've got but how can I get fit running if a few minutes jogging is virtually impossible

I don't know what your question is but exercise will do nothing if you don't change your diet too.

Normal is relative. Is that normal for someone quite overweight who doesn't exercise, yeah probably. But running up a hill is pretty hard, you probably want to start with something more like couch to 5k

If your moobs bounce then they may well hurt, it's why women wear sports bras.

    Hi,

I am a pro fitness model and I have trained people that has been over weight.

Don't dwell on the past and keep your head up, it will take time and persistence. The biggest game changer for my client was changing their diet and maintain their workout.

If you keep those two in check you will see result pretty quick. Of course, it will take time to get to your full fitness and to your desired physique again.

Nothing comes with hard work and sacrifice. If you need any help on diet or training let me know will be more than happy to help

    Shanil
