I want to take psychology at a level and later become a neuropsychologist so far at a level I'm taking maths biology chemistry and psychology but I think taking so many very academic subjects is a bad idea for e so do you think I should drop chemistry and take philosophy??

I think you may need chemistry so I don't think you should swap that with philosophy. As long as you can cope the subjects there is nothing wrong with taking so many academic subjects. Since maths isn't always a requirement for such type courses at uni, you could swap maths with philosophy. However, if you're struggling with chemistry, I'd say talk to your teacher and see what they advice.
But as far as I know, psychology at uni does not require you to have studied it at a level. See what your teacher advises
