So I went to my gp a while ago because I was hearing stuff, but he didn't do anything. Today after 2 weeks I heard the voices again. How can I stop this? Thank you

Is there another GP you can see? Definitely go back and see someone, at least. Is it around falling asleep and waking up, or is it during the day randomly? The best thing you can do is try and stay as calm as possible until you can see someone, just because getting really stressed might trigger it a bit more. Good luck!

It's randomly during the day. Well he's the gp I am registered with so I don't know if I can see someone else

Okay, be sure to mention that as well just to reiterate It could be a good idea to call up and ask if you're able to see another GP at the same surgery. I almost always see a different doctor than my named GP, but it's okay because it's still at the same surgery.
