# HELP Probabilities and Forecasting watch

1. (Original post by BJ20)
Hi I need help with this problem

If a Linear trend is calculated as Tt = 28.5 + .75t. The trend projection for period 15 is
a. 11.25
b. 28.50
c. 39.75
d. 44.25
I don't remember anything about linear trends, but if you put t=15 in the formula you gave for Tt, then you get,

Tt=28.5 + .75*15
Tt = 28.5 + 11.25
Tt = 39.75
