I have two offers for post graduate study:

    1) Biomathematics in Germany (2 years)
    2) Financial Economics at London City (would live at home)

I have been to both unis and like them both.

I want to study abroad but think that the course would be too difficult for me and I would be out of my depth. Seeing as the course is the main reason you're at uni, it's a massive issue. However, the German course is free and living is cheap. I have flatmates lined up already. People say that studying abroad is the most amazing experience but I really don't know if I can do it or not.

I want to go into banking after the masters or at least something related to finance. *

Not something people who don't know you well can answer - you have defined the problem and it is you. There is no point going to do a course, no matter how free and wonderful, if you can't pass it. If you decide that the course isn't too difficult for you (because you can adapt by working harder, better understanding the demands of the course, improving your German etc) then Germany is clearly the better course. If you don't think you can pass, then London is clearly the better course.

Can YOU pass the course in Germany?
