Are my grades and a level choices good enough to do medicine?

Hi, I wanted to check if my GCSE grades are enough for me to apply for medicine.

GCSE Grades: 4A*'s 4A's 2B's

A* in Chemistry French Geography and English Literature
A in Biology Maths Art and Religious studies
B in Physics and English Language

Are these good enough grades?

Also, I am taking French, Chemistry and Biology plus an EPQ, i want to know if i can do medicine if i'm taking only three subjects? Or do I need four?
