So my grades standing are 7A* 3A for GCSE and 4 A's at AS (english lit 90%, economics 94%, history 95% and maths 82%). I will be dropping literature.

Will my low maths grade affect my chances into applying for a course based with economics? Should I instead apply for Economics with Economic history or philosophy and economics?

My main ambition and enthusiasm is directed at economics but feel I may have higher chances applying for the other degrees even though I am far less passionate towards those areas.

Choose the course you want to do then the university, not the other way round.

Yeah, that's what i'm worried about in applying seeing it's heavily maths based and FM is a recommendation...
