It seems that everyone on TSR has 5 A grades at AS and 4 A*s at A2 with 10A* at GCSE, is this true for the world or just of TSR?

Nah. I didn't get a single A or A* at GCSE nor did I get a single A at AS (hopefully changing during resit though).
It's just a case of less able people feel small on TSR because of people posting their success. What's successful for you might not be seen as successful for someone else which is why there's, in my opinion, a divide.

I dont have straight As for GCSE nor A level, i post here to help others and also help myself.
But i guess posting on this website where everyone seems to be doing well can be intimidating so not many people with less than As post here
    EDIT
Also remember most of the world isnt like so, the top grades are awarded to a very small percentage of people.
    Hope that helped.
