    You can find the acceleration of the train by rearranging f = ma to get a = f/m

    Then you can use the appropriate suvat equation to find the final velocity given the information you have.

    Use a=f/m to get the acceleration and then v=u+at to get the final velocity. Remember u is 0 because it starts from rest. Hope this helped.
