So for years I have struggled with what shape my body was, I always thought it was an hourglass as my hips are huge and so was my busy, with a small waist. I've recently discovered I have a spoon body which is similar to a hourglass but my hips have a shelf like appearance rather than gradually building into them.

Now I have a bust of 43 inches, waist at 37 and hips at 47. My body shape has started to bother me this last year as I've recently gone up 2 dress sizes from having a hormone imbalance. I have dieted and joined a gym but I'm only loosing a lb at a time from my hormones not being balanced.

I'm feeling horrible in everything as my hips have grown even more since previous years and I feel very frumpy and big in certain clothes. I've tried looking up what clothes to wear for my body shape but there isn't a lot out there and the ones that do the fashion ideas are very old fashioned and not trendy.

I'm just wondering if anyone else my own age (21) has the same body shape or ideas on what styles would best compliment my body shape as its really making me hate going shopping and I always leave feeling depressed.
