I'm 15 years old and at school I am quiet and struggle to make conversation. Everyone around me is talking to each other and laughing while I just sit there. I don't know what to talk about? To be honest I don't know how they always have something to talk about?

You need to find people that you feel confident around enough to talk. Maybe someone like you who's as quiet and shy as maybe you'll have more in common? That way you'll have loads to talk about. My younger sister (17) has the exact same issue. She has a little group of friends but shes always just sitting there quiet because she doesn't feel she has anything to add to the conversation. She felt better when she has more one on one conversations as she feels less intimidated and less social anxiety. I don't know if this is similar for you but I hope it helps

Are there any clubs or anything at school? It can be a lot easier to talk to people when you have something in common, so if you were to join a club for one of your interests then you'd be surrounded by people with the same one. This is how I made my group of friends in school when I was about your age. I also started music lessons, and became friends with the other two people in my lesson. They, in turn, introduced me to their friends etc
