Prep for Mr Liverpool - May 2017 watch

    Just opening this log to track my progress between now and May, when if all goes to plan I will be competing in Junior Bodybuilding (Under 23). Off to the gym now will post session when home.

    What bf% are you at?

    Is the plan to bulk and then cut?

    Natural? Or being given a little help?

    Gl man. What's your goal weight for show? As per above, would be interested in bulk vs cut plans. As well as macros you are sticking to for the periods. Gg.

    About 13%, visible abs and some noiceeeeee vascular delts But il get a pic up soon ish and people can judge then.


    Been on 2 bike rides so far. Obviously, I can't discuss on here due to the rules but happy to discuss another way.

    Want to get to 200lbs at least by end of February while staying as lean as I am now. Can't really set a goal weight for the competition.

    Don't believe in the traditional 'bulking', in the sense that you have to get fat when bulking. I've been 'bulking' for nearly 2 years and my body fat hasn't changed. ( And that was before any assistance )

    Didn't post Chest session from last night as was held up with something else So here it is:


    Warmup - Seated Machine flys

    Flat Bench:
    60kg x 15
    100kg x 12
    100kg x 12
    110kg x 10
    120kg x 8
    140kg x 3 100kg x 6 60kg x 10 (drop set)

    Incline DB (Total weight)
    80kg x 12
    100kg x 10
    100kg x 9
    100kg x 8
    110kg x 5 60kg x 8 (dropset)

    Seated Incline Hammer press - 3 sets x 12 reps

    Standing cable flies 3 sets

    Rest day today.
