I'm not sure whether I want to do either Environmental Sciences/Environmental management. I don't know which degree would have a better job at the end and what sort of jobs you can do with either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (I study Geography, Biology and Spanish).

I think that environmental science is a better option than management because it offers jobs into scientific research as well as working for companies who need environmental management etc. I also think it's a lot more fun! You get to go on more field trips and do more lab work and I personally think it's a fun and adventurous degree to do! I'm applying for 2017 and I've been to environmental science talks and lectures and it's so cool! Good luck!
