    There isn't a whole question there.

    I assume the question is to write the equation of the line that goes through the two points.

    You should have learned that the gradient (m) of the straight line between two points (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) is given by
    And that the equation of a straight line that passes through (x1,y1) is given by
    You should be able find the line equation and rearrange it to the requested form
