Hello everyone. I wish to study Law and Politics at a Russell Group university. Russell Group universities request two or more 'facilitating subjects' at A level. I have chosen A levels in Religious Studies, English Literature and Language (combined), Sociology and History. History and English Literature are listed as 'facilitating subjects', will my A level in English Language and Literature(combined) still pass as a 'facilitating subject'? Unfortunately my school doesn't offer straight English Literature.
P.S. Before anyone suggests that I swap Sociology for another 'facilitating subject' I can't because the option blocks at my school won't allow me to do so.
Are these A level options suitable for Russell Group universities? Watch

Your A level choices are fine in terms of meeting the requirements as per what you've said they are.
