I've ordered the DVSA Official Complete Theory Test Kit - 2016 Edition (Mac/PC)
    - Amazon, which will arrive in a few days.

So far, I've been watching the ''Hazard perception'' videos getting used to seeing how it works.

What should I do, other than what's already been done, so I am fully prepared for the ''Theory - Multiple choice Q's''?

Just use toptests online the day before for a few hours and you'll be fine. Don't worry about hazard perception as its much easier in the real thing

What about the ''Highway Codes''? I've ordered the DVSA kit, but will it come with it?

You don't need it. Use this http://toptests.co.uk/ and do as many mocks as you can until you are passing every time.

To be honest the theory test is piss easy, its just common sense, by the way you can get apps on any operating system now, which i hear as really good
