    Hi,

    Today I received for the second time a letter telling me you are unable to proceed with my application because I didn't provided full details of my residency during the three years prior to the start of my course. However, I already provided this details a few weeks ago by writing to you, after receiving this letter for the first time.

    Does that mean you did not get my letter ? Is there another way I could communicate these details to the EU team ?

    It may be that the evidence you sent has not been assessed yet if it was within the past 1-2 weeks. If it was longer than this I would advise you to call us to check the notes from the assessors: 0300 100 0607
