I am trying to use Natwest online banking and everytime I try to log in it says that I have entered incorrect information, I have tried multiple times and it keeps saying the same thing. Last week I got a new activation code sent and reset the details but it is doing it again, anyone else having this problem?
The same thing happened to me last week. I tried about 15 times with the correct details and it didn't work. I haven't got round to phoning them yet though.
i been useing online banking for 2 yeers now the only problem i had was when i forgot my customer number but i cant complain plenty of security to protect my accoun neve had ne probs
I haven't had any issues with Natwest Online banking (other than it rejecting my custom build of firefox!). It works fine in Internet Explorer 7. I also use Halifax online banking, and while it may be easier to remember bits - entering ALL your password surely can't be a good thing! None of them are as hard to remember as Nationwide though - at least Natwest has your number centred around your D.O.B!

i agree with the nationwide one - that confused me last summer when i had to use it because i was abroad working!
I have just tried it on my mums computer and it says the same so its nothing to do with my browser which is IE or my computer
What are your security settings like?
I think you are putting wrong information in - you must be.
Get it reset again and save the information somewhere, so just in case it happens again you can say with 100% certainty its the system not you forgetting the password. You could be blocked out. Usually a message will say you've entered the information incorrectly 1 time or something... or maybe you have 2 attempts left - can't remember the exact wording...

It just says enter it carefully to avoid being locked out, there isn't any countdown as far as I'm aware.
I have had 3 activation codes sent and used the same details each time and wrote those details down its never been me forgetting the password or putting it in wrong. My security settings are normal.
It just keeps saying: The Customer Number, PIN or Password has been entered incorrectly.
Please re-enter carefully to avoid temporarily losing access to OnLine Banking and Telephone Banking.
Your either miscounting the letters, or capital letters are in the wrong place, maybe numbers missed off. The other thing could be your entering the wrong customer code, it is possible, and that it belongs to someone else so then its bound to always be incorrect.
