My diet is a bit all over the place at the moment -
Breakfast: Orange juice (I rarely have breakfast during the summer holidays, I wake up too late)
Lunch: Salad, yogurt and a granola bar.
Drinks: Lots of water...(an attempt to get rid of a nasty hangover)
Snacks: Two apples.
Excercise: Yoga and Tai Chi & and a 15 minute walk in the morning.
I don't think my diets too healthy. I've a vegetarian and a picky eater
