no, but it sounds a good way to fill up without eating biscuits or chocolate, which I'm always open to suggestion for!! :biggrin:

I eat an apple a day, although could peeps also say hpw much exercise they have (I will edit my oridganl question,) for example, I had 30 minutes solid walking and a paperround today


During college i used to walk about 90 mins everyday at least

but now i hardly exercise at all :rolleyes:

cept for playing football for about 2-3 hours twice a week, and maybe doing some sit ups and press up when i can be bothered

come to think of it I'm a lazy git...

Ahhh, in which case you should try putting a large bottle of ice cold water next to your biscuit tin, chocolate cars etc... Tell yourself that if you want to have a bisuit/ piece of chocolate, you must first drink ALL the water. By the time you drunk it, you wont fancy the biscuit at all. This also has the added bonus of reydrating you and improving your complexion in one. :smile:

Shit mostly
And exercise:

Before breakfast, running for 25 minutes
After breakfast, 1.5 hours at the gym, + 1 hour of walking(there and back)
After dinner: 2 hours of basketball

Breakfast:

None - got up too late :tongue:

Lunch:

Sardines with salad

snack:

2 fab lollies, 1 chocolate and mint choc chip ice cream

Tea:

Shepherd's pie with peas

Snack:

3 small portions of trifle, packet of ready salted crisps

drink : about half a litre of Evian water

exercise: 2 hours walking the dog - a cross-country trail


Lol, I didn't realise I'd had so many snacks today :tongue:

Brekfast : frosties
Lunch : sausage roll x 2
Tea : beans on toast
Snacks : Kit kat, more frosties, rye bread..thing...

Exercise : 40mins on elliptical trainer, 70% resistance, 70%-80% heart rate.

I am the only person who sturggles to even eat a piece of toaste in the morning yet alone a full fry up?


I can't eat in the mornings!
Woke up at 10 (was woken up actually) and went to lunch at 1, where i had;

Duck and potatoes
Chocolate Brownie
Glass of coke

Then i came home, and at around 6 or something i ate a pizza. I didn't do any exercise today, oopsie.

Though this isn't like most days, i don't usually have lunch.

I can't either, or i'll be sick, i also can't eat most foods or much of any food otherwise i'm sick.

today

breakfast: was alsleep

lunch: was asleep, but ate muesli about 3ish

tea: shepherds pie (but i was ill almost straight after)

snack: 4 biscuits and a rocky + a nectarine

exercise: none! i had all my swimming stuff ready to go but my mate ended up working late
