Ethics study the behaviour of the human beings and the criteria against which attitudes and behaviours are measured.
There are different examples of ethics:
equality: when a group of people are treated fairly without any difference of race, religion, language etc.
honesty: is very important and have many positive factors like integrity, loyalty, sincerity.
adherence to the law: respect the law is vital in the society where we living.
What do you think about ethics and how important is it in the society where we living today?

ethics always matter since it's how we relate to others. there are always some standards/rules for this, this is morals/ethics.

but ethics are relative. they don't exist apart from human society.
