    Hi all,

So I had sex late last week, after months of not having it (I split up with my boyfriend early September and we hadn't been intimate for months). Last week was the first time that sex wasn't excruciatingly painful for me!

Anyway, since having sex last week I haven't felt right? I've been very bloated, I have constipation, I'm gassy and feeling sick every day.

Does anyone know if this happens normally, has anyone else experienced this? I feel so bad about myself and it's making me self conscious :/

Thank you in advance for any responses

It's unlikely to be related to the sex, but you're not well: it's GP time.

I don't have experience with this but my advice is go to your GP or health clinic. They might get you tested to see if you have caught anything, at which point you'll know where you stand. If you have even the slightest suspicion that you're unwell because of sex then you'll only be causing yourself more trouble by not checking - don't be embarrassed by it, this stuff happens.
