Hi there,Im a year 13 student, who is currently undergoing the UCAS process and struggling to understand how to input the ‘Education’ information due to doing new specs/planning to resit.

    I’m currently doing A2 mathematics (Edexcel), I achieved a B at AS, getting an A in C1, and a B in C2 & M1, which is why im resitting C2&M1 alongside my C3, C4 and S1 this year.
I’m also doing Physics A (OCR) the new spec meaning I’m doing the full A level at the end of this year.

I’m also doing a BTEC Level 3 Diploma (12 Units) in Business Studies, in my first year I completed 6 units and achieved a Distinction*, currently doing the other 6 units this year.

The part where I struggle to understand is how to input this onto UCAS, because I know how to actually add the course, but I’m wondering how would I put it, e.g. with Maths would I put my AS and A2 separate? Would I put pending on my AS because im resitting? Or add another AS saying that its pending?

I currently have no support at sixth form, therefore on my own for the time being as to why im asking for help on TSR.

    Thank you

You put down every AS and A2 you have ever acheived. Both the AS and the A2. But if you are going to be resitting modules, then you add the same thing again, but with a future date and the grade as pending. So you would put:

    Mathematics AS (this year): B
    Mathematics AS (next year): Pending
Mathematics A Level (next year): Pending
Physics A Level (next year): Pending
BTEC Level 3 Business Studies (next year): Pending

If you've done any other ASs or qualifications, you would put them down in a similar manner

I was wondering for the BTEC Level 3, would I put the grades I got for each unit this year & put pending for the overall and the units I haven't done?

It's optional to put down unit grades for both A Level and BTEC, but if you want to, go right ahead.

Thank you for that, I managed to complete the section, just the personal statement & choices left.
