Unprotected sex - He didn't go all the way in and he pulled out watch

So today I kind of had sex for the first time. We didn't plan for it to happen and it was the first time for both of us, so we didn't have any condoms and I'm not on the pill. Because it was the first time it was painful for me, so he only went about half way in at the most before it was too painful for me. He also pulled out, and I don't think he ejaculated. Is there any chance I could get pregnant? My period was last week so I shouldn't be ovulating, but I'm still worried.

I know it was stupid and I'm never going to do it without protection again, so I don't need a lecture on that. I just wanted to know what the chances are, and if there's anything I need to do now?

The pregnancy chance is minimal thanks to the combination of the when and him not coming inside you. If that's not enough, and it's within 72 hours, you can consider getting the 'morning after pill'. That may well mess up when you get your period though.

    To do now:

Sort out contraception for the next time. You may or may not find condoms reliable enough in themselves. If not, then now's the time to arrange it.

    Get some lube.

Did you not go through Sex education? If you have sex, there is always a chance of pregnancy. The pull out method is also proven to be not very effective

Always? Even if the people involved are the same sex? Ahem. Sometimes that chance is nil, or so close to it that it may as well be nil.

Used consistently, it's about as reliable as condoms.
