BTEC LEVEL 3 SUBSIDARY DIPLOMA (forensic science) and WJEC GCE ICT A2-Welsh Bacc '15 watch

    • Thread Starter

I am currently studying what is mentioned in the titles. Second year of my A-levels. (A2)

I am started to panic a little bit as I am also studying the Welsh Baccalaureate (the new one from September 2015. I had 3 merits in the 3 new units, now studying the last unit (individual project).

To get the welsh bacc overall,, it states:

The Supporting Qualifications include two mandatory GCSEs of English Language orWelsh Language together with Mathematics-Numeracy at grades A*-C. Learners require twoA levels grade A*- E, or equivalent level 3 qualifications totalling at least 600 GLH

I am studying only ONE proper a-level along with the BTEC which is an equivalent. Does this mean I will not achieve the welsh baccalaureate?

Btw what does GLH mean please anyone? I'm getting confused and worried.

if I pass ICT with Grade E or above, and get a Pass in the science, will this mean I have "two a-levels at grade a*-e" ??

    thanks everyone.
