My revision guide says that relative masses have no units. Although, relative masses are the same as molar mass. And molar mass has an unit!( g/mol)
I'm confused!!!!

Relative masses are the ratio between the mass of an atom/ion/whatever and 1/12 the mass of and atom of Carbon-12. Therefore is dimensionless.

Yeah but
Number of moles= mass divided by molar mass.
So in my GCSEs if they ask me to calculate the relative atomic mass then what unit do I put with it???
