I'm 23 and when I sit down at work all day I come back with water retention in my calls. Today after work, my right calf is 35cm and my right is 33cm. Is this likely from sitting down? I do get up but it doesn't seem to help. Does anyone else get this?

You could see your GP and see if diuretics may be an answer, but other than that then a slight change in diet could help. If you try eating a bit less salt and staying away from processed foods where you can, it might help. Other than that, try and keep your legs moving. Get up every 30 mins or so for a quick walk around, and maybe try some small exercises under your desk
