Medicine Application (Resit candidate)
So after many years of deliberating I have finally decided to study medicine. I am currently in year 14 studying AS and A2 Biology, and am retaking my physics A2. I am on 451 UMS in physics and need 480 for an A so this is hopefully achievable over this year along with at least an A in biology.
At the moment I have AAB in chemistry, maths and physics respectively. I am yet to sit the UKCAT but based on my practice I think I will get a fairly average score. Should/is it necessary I work especially hard at this?
Provided I am predicted AAAA or A*AAA, where are the most suitable places to apply? and does anyone have any advice on applying as a resit candidate for medicine? Am i likely to even get an interview?
Any advice/suggestions/tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
