How can i enjoy the sun/expose myself to it without getting freckles? watch

I have very pale skin (my bf says its ill looking pale) and freckles caused by the sun. They started to appear on my arms a while ago so i try to wear long sleeves or else sunscreen. Ive never really wore vest tops and things like that so at the moment ony have freckles on my face and forearms. The thing is though i hate them they are the messy overlapping type that old people have.

I would just like clear skin obviously with being so pale i would like a bit of a tan but with any sun exposure i just get more freckles. Everytime i go out in the sun wearing a tshirt and sunscreen im conscious of getting more freckles and feel like im ruining the way my skin looks the more i go out. Id like to be carefree, enjoy the sun and develop a nice smooth tan like most people can.

    Just wanted advice.

anyone, I know it's a daft problem ha.

You can't pick and choose what effects the sun has.
It's either tan/burn & freckles; or pale and reduced freckles.
Or... just use fake tan. Much safer for your skin too, you should always wear sunscreen esp on your face.
