    Because your internet connection is bolloxed. Try:

    Checking your router. Are all the lighs on/correct colour. Green lights mean things are usually OK. Red lights or lights off usually mean something is wrong.

    Check your cables to and from the router and computer are fully inserted.

    If WiFi, is it disabled for some reason.

    Try changing your WiFi channel as there could be interference.

    Can you connect using other devices?

    Could be a problem outside your house. Prey that this isnt the case, ISPs are often farcical about fixing such issues.
