    Question is: Visible light has a wavelength of 400-700nm. Calculate the best resolution achievable with a light microscope? Show your working out. --------------I know that a modern light microscope can achieve an effective magnification of 1500X and have a maximum resolving power of 200nm. However i do not know how to work it out, which leads me to my next question:-------------------------- Question is: If the electric gun produces an electron beam with 2nm wavelength, what is the best resolution achievable?
