yeah, eat more.

It may not be the fact that you have stopped eating so much it may be what your eating i get really spotty if i eat a lot of dairy. Is there anything that you have added to your diet that you may not normally eat a lot of while reducing other things?

perhaps more cereal based foods. but i cant see that making much difference.

i seem to benefit from really clean skin if i chug alot of food and go to the gym daily. so my closest guess would be that my skin relys on the vitimins. but i really dont know.

i drink/excercise andclean enough.

lewis, what does your diet consist of?

Reply 5

Could it be the sweat from going to the gym that could be causing the spots?
It could be clogging pours and making your skin worse perhaps?

Try cleansing your face thoroughly after a work out and see if it helps atall.

Could also be a sudden change of diet thats causing it. You could keep with it, and hopefully things will improve.

i considered that but i go to a health club so after the gym its steam room, spa, sauna and then the showers. not unless this helps clogging?

damn, that's too little dude

you're not getting enough of much eating that all day long... not enough protein, not enough carbs and not enough of your good fats

i suggest you revise your diet... that includes what you eat and how much of it

Reply 9

That diet is worse than mine!

Reply 10

you want to be looking at eating things like chicken, fish, eggs (protein), veg, bread, brown rice (carbs) aaand nuts (fats). keep the cereal in for your daily fibre, though you'll be getting that from your veg, especially stuff like broccoli. i'd have bran flakes for cereal if i were you though.

but it works so well. so theres no way i can keep this diet up and chug vitimins?

...suppose that sounds really stupid :s-smilie:

Reply 12

i suppose if you're that keen on eating so little and sticking to your current diet... there are supplements you can get, yeah

Reply 13

what kind of supplments should i go for? zinc?

its simply that i have such slow metabolism and its impossible for me to keep both up.

Well a sauna, hot water and steam is going to open your pours and can let dirt in if left, so make sure you splash your face with cold water afterwards

Losing that amount of weight is 1) Probably alot of loss so not true weight loss and 2) extremely unhealthy to loes 6 pounds in a week.

I suggest trying a better diet like the others >.>

vits A+B and yeah, zinc is supposed to help i think. as is flaxseed oil

Reply 17

but i have to say, if it's not a medical condition, you're probably making your metabolism even worse eating so little...

well im trying to do HIIT intervals and so forth. but i was quite suprised on how much i lost in the week and i dont exactly want it. so im going to bend my diet around till i can get it right.

is there any way of getting my metabolism speed checked?

Reply 19

Well maybe you should go for a good multivitamin that contains a range of vitamins and minerals. You should definatly aim to eat more fruit and veg though! Plus protein if you're looking to build muscle in the gym.
