Benefits of Nuffield Placements?

Hi guys!
For all those who completed the nuffield placements, what did you feel you gained from it?

I would say the most valuable thing I gained from it was experience & I've recently finished my personal statement and all the people I have had read it have said how amazing my work experience is meaning that universities are most likely going to think the same. Its difficult to get good work experience for a lot of Science based subjects (I did a Psychology placement & it was super hard for me to find something before I found Nuffield) so although it sounds daunting that you are essentially giving up your summer it is definitely worth it all!
