Can you make money writing game reviews?

    • Thread Starter

Has anyone actually found a way to make much money from writing game reviews?

I once was a blogger myself, and though I don't monetize any of my pages, I believe I could.
If you had a job in writing reviews for a magazine or website or such, then you'd get paid for it. However, you could try setting up a blog and then running advertisements on the page. You'd need a lot of page hits to get the opportunity to do this, though. You may have to check where certain game developers stand on this in terms of copyright infringement- I'm not particularly strong on the legal side of things, so I don't really know if reviews can be monetized when they're written by an individual.
    Hope I helped.
