    Which university is better for Chemical engineering and has a higher chance of employment once coming out of it. Which of these universities has a better international reputation / reputation in the USA.

    They are both reputable places to study chemical engineering, although many consider manchester to be the birthplace of the subject. Your chance of employment will depend on how well you do on the course, your network, work experience, and extra-curricular activity. Therefore chances of employment will depend more heavily on what you do at university, not where you go.

    Given it's near enough impossible to work in the USA until you have several years experience as an engineer, by which point the place you attended university will have little meaning on your application, I would say their repuation in the USA will be equal.
