hi guys! my school requires me to do epq for A levels so I have decided on to create an art piece of some kind and write an 1000 word essay rather than a 5000 worded essay. At first I was planning on to doing fashion throughout the Joseon era and create a dress from the time. However, I'm feeling more interested into doing fashion trends for women throughout the time and focus on key fashion trends and iconic looks throughout history. This includes korea (traditional hanbok or gisaeng look), japan (classic geisha look) france (Marie Antoinette's dress)and lastly a Victorian style dress. If you have any more suggestions of interesting dresses of past periods that would be very much appreciated! Anyways, I was hoping to see if I could recreate all of these dresses in real life and create a fashion show for them. what do you think? is my topic too vague? is it too much to do in less than a year?
