I've heard the medicines can have undesirable side effects. Like Knight said, having a high protein diet during you r growing years is the best way to ensure that youy reach maximum height, but it is largely determined by genes; you can't do a whole lot to change your genetically determined height. I'm 6ft3 and have been this height since about the age of 12 9I used tobe really tall, but people start catching up!).

But injecting stuff into your arse....?! Sounds slightly extreme to me.
