It's Abercrombie & Fitch all over again. They had a undisclosed policy of hiring attractive, blonde hair, blue eyed Aryan people to work at shop floors i.e. dealing face to face with the customers, while the "coloured" and "darkies" were at the back sorting out the stock or mundane stuff.
It's simply an evolution of past times, with whites in charge whilst the dark slaves did their bidding for them; the difference being quality of conditions for the bottom tier.
