I can't sleep before the day of an exam. I've been awake from 2 days straight now, Its 11pm right now, and I have an exam later at 9am. Should I try to go to bed even though I wouldnt be able to fall asleep because of the exam nerves. Or just keep it going. It's not that I haven't prepared anything at all. I've prepared earlier a month. But its always the stress that got me.

If you guys think I should sleep, can you suggest me some methods that can get me sleepy right away?

It is a strange one, but perhaps you can try throwing a ball in the air and then catching it and see how it makes you feel (this is whilst in bed, of course)
